Pre-Listing Inspection:

We also offer a Pre-Listing Inspection service to homeowners and realtors looking to sell a home. Prior to a buyer's home inspection, schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection to identify issues in your home that could decrease it's value or destroy deal negotiations. This process gives the homeowner the opportunity to correct these deficiencies thereby maximizing their home's selling potential.
We also follow up this inspection with a detailed report electronically sent to our client, revealing our findings and containing images of any issues needing immediate attention or of general maintenance recommendations.
Radon Measurement Testing:
Stand Alone Pricing may vary due to factors such as overall size of the house or apartment. Discounts available when combined with other services.
What is Radon?
Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. It is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer next to smoking. Radon exposure occurs inside homes, schools and other buildings. The only way to determine Radon levels in the home is by testing.
We offer Radon Measurement Testing to help identify potentially unsafe levels of Radon within the property. This can be done during any Home Inspection or as a stand alone service. After a short term, non-invasive test is performed (usually 48-72 hours) the testing material will be retrieved and sent out to our affiliated lab where the results will be generated in a report sent electronically to the client.
Wood Destroying Organism Inspection
Pricing may vary due to factors such as overall size of the house or apartment.
This inspection is more commonly referred to as a termite inspection. The WDO inspector will provide a detailed report on the condition of the home, including notations of any structural damage related to termites and other WDOs.
Oil Tank Sweep, Sewer Scope, Mold and Lead Based Paint Testing are some of the services offered by our third party affiliates. Ask about these important ancillary services when booking your Home Inspection.
